The management and staff of Bank of The Bahamas Limited congratulate BOB V.I.S.I.O.N. Junior Achievement Company and its Advisory Team for outstanding accomplishments during the JA year 2020/2021.
This year, BOB V.I.S.I.O.N’s Shaylaine Roker captured the top prizes of Most Distinguished Achiever, Most Distinguished Officer (Human Resources) and Best Speaker of all participants in the programme. Simultaneously, company president Tymia Thompson placed fourth in the running for Most Distinguished Achiever and Assistant Vice President of Marketing Atiya Rolle received the Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award.
BOB Vision also won numerous other prizes and accolades during the year including second place in the National JA Speech Competition (Shaylaine Roker) and the top three awards for the JA New Providence Speech Competition (Shaylaine Roker – 1st Place, Janae Ingraham – 2nd place and Tymia Thompson – 3rd place). The company placed 3rd overall for the JA product of the year (You Guud Hand Sanitizer Kits) and won third place in the JA Open House.

This marks BOB’s fourth consecutive year of participation in the Junior Achievement Programme since rejoining in 2017. BOB JA companies are mentored by a team of volunteer advisors from BOB Staff.
