Bank of the Bahamas Limited is offering a private placement of $30,000,000 at 3.125% Fixed Rate Perpetual Contingent Convertible Capital Bonds (CoCo) to accredited investors only. The Private Placement will be offered in three tranches of $10,000,000.00 on the following dates:
December 31st 2016
January 30th, 2017
February 28th, 2017
The issue will open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 5:00 p.m. on the same day for each tranche offering.
Copies of the Private Placement document and subscription forms will be distributed by invitation only to accredited investors as defined in Regulation 2 of the Securities Industry Act 2012.
